Overall, January was a relatively boring month. It started with me traveling to Charleston to see my sister and then Nashville to see my best friend, which were both so fun. Once I returned, my days pretty much consisted of working and sitting on my couch. I did, however, watch some great shows! I finished season one of Bridgerton and started watching Peaky Blinders. (Highly recommend both!) I'm hopeful that this next month will be a little more exciting. My extroverted heart is struggling!

My Week in South Carolina / Tennessee
I spent the first week of January with my sister and brother-in-law in Charleston. My sister was having surgery, so I went to lend an extra hand. We watched The Bachelor, drank lots of tea, did some puzzles, watched TikTok videos, and spent simple quality time together. At the end of the week, I flew to Nashville for the weekend to spend time with Betty and Sam. It was such a cold day, but we had a blast. I also spent time with a childhood friend, catching up and spending time with his new pup, Ember.
Enjoyed all the Snow
We finally had snow in Chicago and I was in heaven. I love the winter season and the beauty of snow. This was my first January spent in my new apartment and the view was magical (see below!). Here's to hoping for even more snow this month, because I really want to go sledding.
