Kristina's Friendly Inspiration:
The Color Scheme: This wedding will prominently feature shades of cranberry and dusty blue, with small accents of natural green.
The Invitations: Simple invitations with hints of blue will invite guests to the celebration.
The Venue: Knoll Crest Gardens
The Ceremony Location: The ceremony will take place in the garden with a beautiful background of a white gazebo and cascading trees.
The Reception Location: The reception will take place outside surrounded by flowers and trees.
The Details: This venue offers the couple beautiful photography locations complete with bridges, archways, and gardens.
The Bride:
The Dress: Kristina will wear an Allure lace mermaid gown with a sweetheart neckline and beautiful skirt.
The Accessories: A curled updo will be accented with a graceful clip and during the ceremony, a long veil with lace details. The bride will carry a burgundy-infused bouquet, and to match, will wear crystal and burgundy drop earrings.
The Bridesmaids: The bride's ladies will wear dusty blue gowns with hints of sparkle and will carry bright burgundy dahlia bouquets.
The Groom & Groomsmen: To bring out the color scheme, the men will wear burgundy pants, along with white shirts and suspenders. The groom will wear a blue checked tie and his men will wear bowties in the same pattern. Each of the groomsmen, as well as the groom, will accessorize with burgundy dahlia boutonnieres.
The Ceremony: To accent the gazebo, hanging flowers in the wedding colors will line the archway. The aisles will be decorated with large burgundy dahlias and greenery on the backs on the inner chairs.
The Cocktail Hour: Under a sea of twinkle lights, the guests can sip on cocktails at tables decorated with tied blue tablecloths and tall blue and burgundy centerpieces.
The Escort Cards: Bringing in some rustic charm to the reception will be a hanging escort card display decorated with flowers in white and blue.
The Reception: The tables will be decorated with dusty blue tablecloths, large floral arrangements, table numbers in unique candlestick holders, and cranberry place settings. Twinkle lights will add some sparkle to the reception space.
The Cake: To decorate the naked cake that the bride requested, large flowers in cranberry, blue, and cream will cascade down the front of the cake.
The Favors: The guests will get to take home one of the couple's favorites: personally grown coffee beans and a wooden scoop.
