Happy Fourth of July weekend everybody! With so many picnics and BBQs happening in the next couple of days, I decided to try something new to bring - sangria popsicles! With frozen wine and fresh berries, I thought it was be a tasty, boozy treat for guests. It's also super festive with the blue and red berries! We tasted some this afternoon and let me tell you, they're delicious!
What you'll Need:
Popsicle mold
Popsicles
Freezer
White wine
Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries
Directions:
After washing your berries, dice your strawberries into small pieces and muddle your raspberries. Mix all of your berries together and add to popsicle molds. I filled my molds almost completely to the top to make sure I had lots of fruit for the sangria, but you can add as much or as little as you'd like. Finally, pour in the white wine. I wanted my popsicles to be sweet, so I chose moscato. Add in your popsicles and freeze overnight. Then, enjoy during your Fourth of July festivities!
Have a wonderful Fourth of July!
