May was a wonderful month. I spent Cinco de Mayo with Dana, enjoying some beautiful weather; partnered with Habitat for Humanity and my company for a Women's Build (pink hardhats included); hosted a Game of Thrones finale party with friends; toured around the city looking at apartments; flew to Connecticut for a fun week at headquarters; and enjoyed a BBQ with friends over Memorial Day weekend. It was truly a month worth celebrating.

- Sunshine. We've finally been seeing some warm spring weather in Chicago. It's still raining a fair bit, but when the sunshine comes through, it's amazing.
- South Loop. I've been exploring different neighborhoods while I search for my next home and I fell in love with South Loop. It's close to the water, Grant Park, and some incredible bars and restaurants.
- My Chicago Friends. We've been spending a lot of time together this past month and it's be wonderful. From rooftop bars to Cirque du Soleil, it's been a great month full of bonding.
June is going to be filled with summertime fun! So far on the list: rooftop bar-hopping, a sangria fest, Navy Pier fireworks, rooftop yoga and brunch, and unique outdoor restaurants. On the flip-side, I'll also be packing up my apartment, planning a girls' trip to Banff, and closing out the fiscal year with my company. It's going to be a fun month!
Have a beautiful June, everyone!
